SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping on all regular priced US orders over $150.
Domestic orders will be shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority mail and are fully insured and trackable unless otherwise stated. Tracking information will be emailed, but please feel free to contact us ( info@lioandlinn.com ) to check the status.

Please contact us for international shipping. 
All international buyers are responsible for any taxes, customs and duties that may be assessed by their government.

SHIP TIMES:  All in-stock items ship within approximately 7 days of purchase. All made to order items ship within approximately 4-6 weeks.

If you require an expedited delivery option please contact us so that we may meet your timing needs.

RETURNS
We take great pride in our products and hope you're delighted with your purchase. Most of our pieces are handmade to order and NO REFUNDS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Exchange or store credit only.


If you don't love your purchase, we're happy to exchange your jewelry or issue store credit. Contact us within 1 week of delivery. The item(s) must be in the same condition in which it was received. (and jewelry also must be unworn) Please note that shipping will not be included in the credit, and custom orders and customized pieces such as long chains or shorter chains, different stones used..etc, are not returnable.
When returning items, use a courier with insurance and tracking.  Lio&Linn will not liable for items lost in the mail.
Store credits do not expire. One-of-a-kind rings that have been resized for your purchase will incur a restocking fee.

RESIZING

We offer a free first sizing within 60 days of completion of custom work.  There will be extra cost for any additional sizing.

All other rings requiring sizing after purchase will incur a $25+ fee and customer should pay both shipping cost. ( Please contact us for details. Some designs are not able to resize it.)
